        Below are frequently asked questions about class details, parking, discounts and more:

        When does class start/finish? Will the day include meals? Accommodations for food allergies?

        Class starts at 8am and ends at 5pm. Food is provided.

        In scenarios where we provide food for the class, we will ask one day before class starts to coordinate accommodations for food allergies.

        Do I need to bring anything with me?
        No, everything will be provided for the Agile Coaching Intensive class.
        Which hotel/public transportation/parking lots should I use?
        Information will be sent to you in an email a week before the beginning of class.
        Can I get an invoice for my training registration?

        Your invoice is your eventbrite registration receipt.


        If you would like to get an invoice sent to your organization, we can have our accounting team work with you to get you registered and have the invoicing details.


        Invoices have to be paid prior to the start date of training.

        Is there a dress code for the class?
        No, please feel free to come relaxed in jeans or business casual.
        Do you offer any discounts for groups, military members or unemployed personnel?
        Yes, please contact training@agiletrailblazers.com for further assistance. When emailing please mention the class(es) you are interested in taking.

        Exam/Certification Overview

        Below are frequently asked questions about class details, parking, discounts and more:
        When will I receive my certification for my course?
        For Agile Coaching, you will receive your certification(s) after completing the ICAgile survey generated/sent via email after successful completion of the course.
        When will I take the exam?
        The exam is taken at the end of training segment. On day 2, you will take the exam the instructor provides for Agile Facilitation. On day 5, you will take the exam for Agile Coaching. Exams will be a combination of individual and team work. The instructor will provide details in the course.
        What is the exam format?

        The exam will be conducted in class. It is administered by the instructor and will be a combination of individual and team work. After successfully completing the exam you can print your Agile Facilitation and Agile Coaching certificate from IC Agile. 

        Should I send my whole team?
        Yes! When a team shares the classroom experience they build a common foundation for discussing and implementing Scrum. Call us at 877-431-0767  to learn about the benefits of our Team Training program.
        How do I receive my PMI PDU credits?

        You must be a PMI certified PMP or PMI-ACP to receive credits for this class.

        Contact training@agiletrailblazers.com to request for a signed letter by your training instructor. You will need to upload the document to PMI's system online.
